10% for students on presentation of valid form of ID BEFORE 10pm on food only.Special meals everday and discount lunch menus from 12 noon to 3pm daily. All other promotional activities and performances like music artists will advertised via our platforms

Allergen and Menu Information· 
Our special and well skilled chefs aim to prepare most of our foods from scratch to offer you a wide range of traditional and delicious dishes.· 
We do not currently serve non-vegetarian dishes.· 
We use and handle nuts and other allergens in many of our dishes before, during and after cooking and hence, if you have any special dietary requirements, please inform a member of staff immediately who will ask a Senior Chef to speak with you to explain our menu and upon request can make a specific dish for you.

Car Park Area and Facilities· 
· There is many bay parking around the restaurant, usually free from 8pm to 8am next day and free on Sundays as well as bank holidays. There are also two big public car parks on both sides of the restaurant on a pay and display basis.· Management will not take any responsibility or liability for any theft, loss or damage to your personal property in the car park area described above.

General· 
· We are proud to say that we operate a “ LOSS AND FOUND POLICY”. 
Any item or personal belonging found will be safely stored for owners to collect upon presentation of evidence of ownership. Please do not leave any belongings unattended at any given time at Tanina Lounge. We will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your personal belongings.· DRUG POLICY: 

At Tanina Lounge, we do not tolerate the use of illicit or hard drugs or similar substance within or around our premises. If found, it will be confiscated and handed to police. It is our strict policy to report the use of hard drugs to law enforcement agencies.· DANGEROUS WEAPON: Dangerous weapon of any kind is banned within and outside our premises.· Management do not take any responsibility or liability for any accident that occur with any unattended child/children during your visit to Tanina Lounge. Please be always vigilant during your visit.· Food and drinks items must only be consumed within the premises only, except take away orders.· No personal food and drink items are to be brought inside the restaurant premises.· We do not currently offer free refillable drinks.· Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcoholic drinks to guests, who are already in high spirits.· Management has the right to refuse entry to any guests as this is a private property.· We make every effort to have highchair availability for your visit however it is subject to demand and at peak hours we do not guarantee this unless you confirmed this requirement at the time of booking.

Private Dining and VIP Area· 
· Where available, the use of our Private dining corner and VIP areas is subject to availability, for a maximum of two hours. This time may be extended at management’s discretion· Should your dining time exceed this or at particularly busy times, we may request you to vacate the room if required in busy hours. Please do not feel offended.· Should you have any special requests for your event such as decorations, balloons or a cake, this can be arranged at an additional charge, subject to prior agreement and reasonable notice.· Please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation should you require this.

Reservation Information· 
· All table bookings are for a maximum of two hours, should your dining time exceed this or at particularly busy times, we may request you to vacate your table if required in busy hours.· If the number of people in your booking is decreasing or increasing, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your booking so that we can try our best to accommodate any changes. Please note that any agreed deposits that have already been processed may be lost if there are any no-shows, which will be at the discretion of management.· Kindly present a copy of your bill if requested, management reserves full right to question any guest in the restaurant premises and car park area

Smoking Area· 
· Smoking is not permitted inside the restaurant premises under any circumstances; there is no designated smoking shelter available within our premises for guests to use. Please smoke outside if you need to smoke.· Drinks are not permitted to be taken outside of the restaurant.

Threatening Behaviour· 
· At Tanina Lounge, we ensure we always follow a safe environment policy and protect the safety of all employees and guests.· Any inappropriate behaviour including but not limited to physical or violent threats or actions towards any employees, members of management or guests will not be tolerated.· Where necessary the police will be informed or invited, and you will be removed from the building.· Modern CCTVs are in operation at our venue for the safety of all our customers and members of staff

Loyalty Cards where available and applicable· 
· You must spend a minimum of £20 to earn one stamp· Only one stamp is allowed on one loyalty card per customer on any given day (Except Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day and also not valid from 1st December until 25th December).· Rewards are earned with stamps 3, 6 and 9, these can be claimed either at the time of earning the reward or on a subsequent visit.· Rewards are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.· No cash alternative is available and is not for re-sale.· Management reserves the right to withdraw these offers at any time; however, one month’s prior notice will be displayed in each outlet.

Refund/Cancellation and Delivery Policy
At Tanina Lounge, our aim is to provide impressive customer satisfaction so we encourage you to feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding the Return & Refund Policy by phone call or email. For immediate response, please call us direct. Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with Tanina Lounge. In the rare event that you receive food that is different from your order, please call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order so we can take steps to resolve it. For card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and recharged for the new items price.
For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the difference of the balance if the new food has a greater value than the food received in error. In the same way, you will receive the difference of the balance back as credit for the new item if less than the food received in error. In some cases, we may offer you a store credit note.

We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Please call us immediately if you receive unsatisfactory food caused by a dislike or objects in the food. We will need the food returned in the original container(s)* so we may investigate and deal with the issue. We will prepare you a new food order. If you do not wish to receive a new dish, we may refund the amount via your payment channel or we will refund you with a store credit only after we receive the food in the original container(s)* and have confirmed the error to the discretion of the manager on duty.
Cancel Order
Note: Sorry, we cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared. We cannot provide any refund or store credit for non-food items or beverages.
Order Cancelled – Delivery Partner

It’s possible your delivery partner might cancel the delivery if they’re unable to find or reach you. When they arrive at your delivery address, they’re prompted to contact you so it’s a good idea to keep your phone nearby when you’re expecting the food to arrive. If a delivery partner made a reasonable effort to contact you after arriving at your requested location, you may not be eligible for a refund.
